Welcome to TableSet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TableSet website, services, and related products (collectively, the "Service") provided by Hello Emma AB ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

TableSet is a personalized meal planning service that generates customized meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists based on your family's preferences, dietary restrictions, and requirements. The Service uses artificial intelligence and algorithms to create personalized recommendations.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

• The Service is offered as a one-time payment for a 365-day meal plan.
• Pricing is displayed during the onboarding process and may vary based on selected meal coverage (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice to existing customers.

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your meal plan within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@tableset.me.

After 30 days, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for meal plans that have been fully used or after the 30-day period expires.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not share your account credentials with others.
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including recipes, meal plans, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Hello Emma AB or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any information, preferences, or feedback you provide to the Service. By providing this content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 Personal Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the meal plans and recipes generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content provided by the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Medical or Nutritional Advice

The Service provides meal planning suggestions and is not intended as medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or special dietary needs.

7.2 Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that recipes, nutritional information, or meal plans are error-free or complete. You are responsible for verifying information and ensuring it meets your needs.

7.3 Service Availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Hello Emma AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, health issues, or food safety concerns resulting from recipes or meal plans.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello Emma AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Any reason at our sole discretion.
